What we collect
When you share good work, request help, record a donation or register as a volunteer, we collect only the details you enter in the form, plus any photos or videos you choose to upload.
Private contact details
Contact details submitted with help requests are visible only to authorised PUREHEART administrators for verification. They are never published on the website. Volunteer emails and phone numbers are likewise private.
What is public
Community stories appear publicly only after moderation. Verified help requests show first name, location, category, description and number of people — never contact information.
Donations
Donation records (amount and UPI transaction reference) are used only to verify payments and compute our total verified impact. Individual donor details are never shown publicly.
Your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to hello@pureheart.org.
